      How to reseal Valve Covers

      Center Bolt Valve Cover Installation

      1. Make sure the Valve Cover is clean and free of debris before installation.
      2. Apply Threebond 1217H to the inside lip of the Valve Cover.

      3.Install the gasket. Place four clips on each corner of the gasket.

      • As shown in the picture above.

      4.Place 4- Flat washers onto the bolts and install the 4 bolts into the Valve Cover.
      • As shown in the picture above.

        5. Install the Valve Cover onto the engine. You will start the bolts on valve cover by hand.
