# Do I need to fill my BluePrint Transmission's torque converter with ATF?

## No, fill the transmission while checking the dipstick periodically until it reads full per the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the engine is started and in park, the transmission pump will fill the converter. Check the transmission fluid level both after the engine is run-in, and again after running through the gears in the garage BEFORE driving. While stationary with your foot on the brake, cycle through the gears without moving. Recheck fluid before and after driving. This ensures the transmission fluid level is good, and the converter is full. Check again after a few miles of driving.
