What do I torque my header bolts to?

3/8” exhaust bolts are torqued to 25 ft lbs. 5/16” torque to 18 ft lbs.

Use anti-seize on the bolt threads before installing the bolts. Recheck torque on all exhaust bolts after the first 50 miles, and again after 500 miles. Re-torque as needed.
